Matn U is a non-profit institution which has kept its educational fees at the minimum needed for the
provision of high quality education. It is the right of Matn U to change its fees at any time without prior
notice
Students have to finalize the payment of their fees or special financial arrangements with the bank specified
by the Office of the Comptroller before attending classes.
Application Fee
The University Application for Admission fee of 50,000 LL. is paid to the Comptroller's Office at the time of
application.

Registration Fee
Students have to pay yearly 150,000 L.L. registration fee. This fee covers students' services and files maintainance.

Payment of Fees
Students must finalize registration and payment of tuition and charges by the last week of September for the Fall
semester and the first week of February for the Spring semester. After the announced deadline for late registration,
a late registration fee of 50,000 L.L will be charged.

Refunds for Withdrawals
If justifiable reasons are given to a student's withdrawal after registration, the following refund
schedule becomes applicable for the semester or term:

National Social Security Fund
All Lebanese students are required by law to register as members of the NSSF-Medical branch coverage at the cost
of 90,000 L.L. for every academic year. Students whose parents are already registered with NSSF do not have to
register under this program.

Scholarships
Scholarships are granted to students on the basis of need and academic achievement. The amounts awarded, which
may vary from a small percent of the tuition to full support of tuition, are dependent on the students' need, merit
and source of scholarship.
Work-Study Grants
Matn U offers its students employment opportunities in its various campus offices. Any student
can apply, but selection is made on the basis of capability, need and availability of a suitable job.

Loans
Matn U offers Stiudent Loan Programs that allows for payment of tuition fees over a period of
time that may exceed the period of study at a subsidised interest rate. Students are encouraged to contact Matn
U Business Office for more information and application.
Emergency Loans
Matn U offers loans to students facing an emergency situation, such as loss of money, theft, accident,
etc. Students are encouraged to contact Matn U Business Office for such situations.
