Perspective

The Program addresses the increasingly complex demands placed on current and future managers and decision makers in the private, public and sectors. Courses cover a broad range of management and networking issues while reinforcing a systems approach. Since the program takes a holistic, rather than an individualistic approach, students learn everything about information systems technologies, societal and management issues.

Many different perspectives-computer and information science, decision systems, business, govermental and environmental policy-enrich the program. Each perspective is essential, but the combination is the key. These multiple perspectives allow for an exchange of ideas among a diverse group of faculty and students, not only in the classroom, but also beyond.
